Delicious and healthy, apple smoothie recipes make great anytime snacks. Full of vitamins and antioxidants, apple smoothies are easy to make and inexpensive as well, mainly consisting of ingredients like ice cubes, fruit juice or yogurt. If you keep the apple skin on your apples, apple smoothies add an extra boost of fiber and vitamins. Wash the apple well, core and slice your apple. If you are worried about pesticides then go ahead and peel the apple it is still healthy without the peel. Add apples to blender with the rest of your smoothie ingredients and blend. Preparing Apples

When preparing an apple smoothie, remember not to peel the apple, because most of the fiber and antioxidants you receive from an apple is contained in the peel. In addition, making smoothies requires that you “core” apples. You can either purchase an apple corer from a grocery store or use a sharp paring knife to remove the core of an apple. Just push the knife carefully into the apple close to the center and move it slowly in a circular pattern until you can put out the core.

How to make apple smoothie recipes

Basic Apple Smoothie
1 apple, cored and sliced
1/2 Cup apple juice or other flavor juice
4-5 ice cubes
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
If you’d like to add yogurt to your smoothie try 1/2 cup banana, plain or vanilla yogurt.

Apple Pie Smoothie
1 apple, cored and sliced
1 Cup apple juice
1 Cup apple cinnamon yogurt
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice or cinnamon
5-6 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Apple-Coconut Smoothie
1 tablespoon of coconut milk
1/2 banana, cubed
1/4 cup of apple juice
2 ice cubes, crushed
1/4 teaspoon of fresh ginger root
Blend until desired consistency.

Apple Orange Mix
1. One cup of ice, apple juice, and orange juice.
2. 1/2 a cup of milk.
3. One apple, sliced and peeled.
4. 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract to add additional flavor.

Add to blender and blend until smooth.

You will need:
sliced apple

Natural Fruit Smoothie

2 bananas
2 teaspoons full of white sugar (optional)
2 apples
a bunch of grapes (peeled)
orange peeled and chopped (take out seeds)
a tray of ice blocks
1/4 cup of water

Put in blender all fruits, then put in the ice and water and blend for at least 2 minutes out in glasses and serve at least 4 people.

Apple Guava Smoothie
Apples
Guavas
Pomegranate seeds
Banana
(You can choose the quantity by yourself. it doesn’t have to be exact)
Milk
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender….AND ENJOY!

Apple colada smoothie

Ingredients:
300 ml apple juice
1 tablespoon chopped pineapple
600 ml coconut milk
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
castor sugar to taste (optional)

Method:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into individual glasses.
Garnish with pineapple rings. Serve chilled.
