Basic Blueberry Smoothie
1/2 Cup frozen or fresh blueberries
8 oz blueberry yogurt
4-6 ice cubes
Blend in blender until smooth.

Strawberry Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie
1/2 Cup milk
1/2 Cup strawberries or 6 whole strawberries
1/2 Cup blueberries
8 oz. strawberry or blueberry yogurt
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

Tangy Blueberry Mango Smoothie Recipe
1 large mango diced and chilled
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 banana
1 cup of Welch’s Orange Pineapple juice
4 ice cubes
Blend the banana with the juice smooth, and then add the ice cubes along with the mangos and pineapples. Blend for one minute until ice is slushy. Another benefit of blueberry smoothies is that it is a delicious way to get a healthy dose of antioxidants. As one of the fruits highest in antioxidants, blueberries contribute to fighting those aging free radicals and contribute to a healthy lifestyle.

Blueberry Smoothie
1/2 Cup blueberries
1/2 Cup blackberries
1 banana, cut in chunks
1/2 Cup berry juice
1 Cup berry yogurt
Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Berry Smoothie
1 Cup orange juice
1/2 Cup plain or berry yogurt
1/4 Cup blueberries
1/4 Cup raspberries
5-6 strawberries
Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Blueberry Smoothie
1 Cup buttermilk or soy milk
1 banana cut in slices
1/2 Cup blueberries
5-6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Simple Blueberry
1 Cup blueberries
1 Cup orange or other flavored juice
5-6 ice cubes
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
