1 Cup berry juice or pineapple juice
1 banana
1 Cup strawberries, frozen
1/2 Cup blueberries
1/2 Cup pitted cherries
Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Cherry Yogurt Smoothie
1 Cup pitted cherries
1 Cup strawberry or cherry yogurt
1/2 Cup cranberry or berry juice
Blend ingredients together until smooth.

Cherry Vanilla Smoothie Recipe
1 cup skim milk or soy milk
2 cups pitted cherries
2 cups frozen strawberries or raspberries
2 cups cherry or strawberry yogurt
8 ice cubes
Add ingredients to blender and blend until as smooth as you like.

Cherry Papaya Smoothie
1 banana, cut in chunks
1/2 papaya, cut
1/2 Cup pitted cherries
1/2 Cup cherry or apple juice
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
