Basic Mango Smoothie Recipe

This simple smoothie recipe will result in a more exotic, tropical taste than the one above. This banana smoothie is great with breakfast. This mango smoothie, on the other hand, will go down best on a hot afternoon. Here’s what you’ll need:
1 mango, cut into cubes and frozen
½ cup of yogurt
1 cup of fruit juice of your choice, such as apple juice or orange juice
Again, the process is easy – just combine these ingredients together in the blender and hit the magic button, then wait for the smoothie to blend to the consistency and texture you want. If you use a fresh mango, rather than freezing the pieces you can simply add four or five crushed ice cubes to the mixture.

Strawberry Mango Smoothie
1 Cup frozen or fresh strawberries
1 mango diced or cut in slices
8 oz strawberry yogurt
1 Cup milk or juice
Blend ingredients together until smooth.

Ingredients:
1/2 mango
1 cup of yogurt
1 cup of orange juice
1 banana
7 ice cubes
Put yogurt, banana, and orange juice in the blender.
Blend it together, then put mango and ice cubes in the blender.
Then blend it again together.
Your lovely smoothie is ready to serve.

1 yogurt of your choice
5 ice cubes
an orange
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
a cup of mango juice
a banana

Tropical Delight
This is a delicious smoothie that is perfect for a hot summer day and so simple to make.

Ingredients
Milk
Ice Cubes
Tropical Punch
tinned Pineapple
Mango
banana
scoop of low fat ice cream
blend ice cubes in blender for a while until blended then add fruit and blend until crushed. Finally add ice cream and milk and a splash of tropical juice. If too thin add more ice cream if to thick add more milk and juice.

Mango Splash Smoothie

Ingredients:
3 strawberries
1 tablespoon of blueberries
1/2 of a banana
2 tablespoons of mango frozen yogurt
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of honey
4 pieces of mango
Blend until smooth

Fruity paradise smoothie
1 cup of mango
1 cup of strawberry
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of ice
Blend until smooth

Thick mango splash

3 mangoes (slice off nut)
9 strawberries
one cap full of lemon juice (optional)
