How to make a basic pineapple smoothie

1 can pineapple with juice or 1/2 fresh pineapple cut into chunks
if not using canned with the juice add 1/2 Cup fruit juice of choice
1/2 Cup ice
1 banana
Add to blender and blend until smooth.
If you’d like a yogurt smoothie add 1/2 Cup yogurt flavor of choice.

Pineapple Smoothie Recipes

Orange Pineapple Smoothie
1 orange, peeled and quartered
3 slices of pineapple if using canned use the juice in your smoothie for the liquid
1/2 Cup juice or milk

Ice Cream & Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
1/2 vanilla ice cream
1 cup of canned pineapples drained of syrup
1/2 banana
1/2 cup milk
Add to blender and blend until smooth.

Pineapple Upside Down Smoothie
Don’t be afraid to experiment with your pineapple smoothies by using cream, instead of milk, then tossing in a couple of cherries, a spoon of brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon for a hint pineapple upside-down cake.

Pineapple Tropical Smoothie
1 Cup pineapple chunks
1 banana, cut in chunks
1 Cup orange or tropical juice
1/4 Cup coconut milk
small container pineapple or banana yogurt
Combine ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.

Pineapple Papaya Smoothie
1 Cup orange juice
1 small can pineapple with juice
1/4 Cup papaya, cut
5-6 ice cubes
Combine ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.

Pineapple Cranberry Smoothie
1 small can peaches with juice
1 Cup cranberry juice
1 Cup peach or berry yogurt
5-6 ice cubes
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

Peach Pineapple Smoothie
1 peach, sliced
1 Cup pineapple chunks
1 Cup orange juice
1 Cup orange or pineapple yogurt
Blend until smooth.

Berry Pineapple Smoothie
